六、涼茬機(jī)投入運(yùn)用后，應(yīng)定時(shí)查看螺栓有無松動(dòng)，零部件有無損壞，如發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)根據(jù)具體情況檢修或替換零部件。

七、在運(yùn)用過程中，注油部位應(yīng)定時(shí)注油，一般每三個(gè)月注黃油一次，以保證打茬機(jī)各傳動(dòng)不問光滑正常，減少磨損。

八、涼茬機(jī)若長時(shí)間停用從頭投入出產(chǎn)運(yùn)用時(shí)，要從頭進(jìn)行查看，并通過試車作業(yè)正常后再投入出產(chǎn)運(yùn)用。
